Can only get this software working on a workgroup PC (domain PC does not work).  Despite this, i get access denied to all AD PCs using correct admin credentials.

This program is a bit of a joke

Remote Process Explorer works in domain too. Please check your Security Policy and firewall settings.

Please check your Security Policy
Where?  How?

and firewall settings
Firewall is disabled across the domain via Group Policy

what operation system do you have on remote computer and local? XP Pro, Vista Business or another?
About security policy settings on remote computer:

1. Start -> Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Local Security Policy
2. Find Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts option
3. And set Classic: Local users authenticate as themselves.

You must have administrative rights on remote computer.

What is the process for Windows 7? I'm also getting access denied for just about everything.

What version is on the local and remote computers?

Well, there should be documentation for all scenarios. In my case, the remote computer is Windows 7 Professional and the local is Windows 2008 Enterprise Server R2.

I have lots of clients I can see using this for but there is a mix of local and remote OSs.

Do you have administrative privileges? We have tested the software with Windows Server 2008 SP2, everything is ok. Next week we'll test it with Windows Server R2 and we'll fix a problem if it willl be found.
