Hi!!
Please excuse my terrible english.......

"DON'T BE GOOD WITH ANYONE UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO SUPPORT HIS UNGRATIFULNES!!"
In other word....  You give to the community a software that is free for home user, and me, (one of these user ) do NOT AGREE at all..... :-)

I'll be more in detail:

Your software DO NOT WORK AT ALL,
unless:
1) you use xp pro (Not the home version)
2) you have the righ service enabled
3) you have the right setting in the security police
4) you are in a domain and NOT in a User Group
5) you're so lucky that your default options are just OK.....

Maybe I'm totally wrong, but why the (free) user of your program have to be crazy and have to try very dangerous experiments (like f.e. enable/disable some fundamental service, and setting of police, etc...)
Why not f.e. in the installing instruction, take a good explain of every setting a user have to perform on every computer  BEFORE  installing your application?

Yeah, I understand that this utility is in special way for administrator, but please, if the info are clear, is NOT so difficult for a medium user enable/disable some network service, and also create a user with his password, and switch from a group to a network with domain.

These are the info we need!!!!
Not what means a single command in a windows of your program..... Your program is very friendly, it is so easy in utilizing it, but the real problem is that it does NOT work for the above problems........

A friend of mine come to my home and have help me in setting all (3 computer we have at home) my computer to utilize your splendid program!!!

So I wanna replicate the same by myself.........
But i didn't remember ALL info... so the result was that 2 (of 3 computer) have become totally unutilizables.........  I was luck that before I had a ghost backup, otherways at the moment, please believe me, I should NOT be able in sending you this message....... NO... no... the problem will NOT be that computer will not works, the problem maybe that my wife if his notebook is NOT working, ehm..... her send me directelly to the local hospital......  ;-)

OK!!!
Very Serious now........
I think that this my post have NOT to exist.......... simply you have to give to the user the right info about the settings, the services to enable, etc..... BEFORE INSTALLING..

Have a good time.

Software doesn't work with Windows Home editions because remote administrating is disabled in these versions.
Software works with Windows 2000, XP Pro, Vista Business, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008.

You must have administrative privileges to connect to the remote computer.

If your current account is not administrative then you may specify administrative login and password in properties of the remote computer in computer list (right click on the remote computer-> Properties->Connect as)

1. Make sure the administrator account has a password. Blank password will NOT work.
Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Create a password for the admin user.

2. Make sure simple file sharing is disabled.
- Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab > Scroll right to the bottom at Advanced Settings > Uncheck Use simple file sharing.

3. Make sure file and printer sharing exception is allowed in the firewall or simply turn off the Windows Firewall.
- Go to Start > Run > type netsh firewall set service type = FILEANDPRINT mode = ENABLE and click OK.

4. Start -> Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Local Security Policy
Find Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts option
And set Classic: Local users authenticate as themselves.

As a rule these parameters are set by default in corporate network because it is impossible to provide remote administrating without these settings.
Home user must set these parameters by himself.
