I have tried running with and without admin rights with the same result. The message box keeps appearing, cannot get rid and cannot view the running processes on my machine let alone remote ones.

Do you try to run Remote Process Explorer in Windows 2000 ?
Remote Process Explorer 2.x works with Windows XP or later.
Remote Process Explorer 1.0 works with Windows 2000 but there is no CPU% in this version.
We can download Remote Process Explorer 1.0 here

What error do you get, Access denied or Invalid class? In what cases do you have these errors?

Hi.
I am also experiencing this behavior.
Running Remote Process Explorer 2.0 on Windows XP Professional SP3 and trying to connect to Windows XP Professional 64-bit SP2.
