Cannot login to remote computer

Hello
I love your App ("Remote Process Explorer v1.0.0.16")
But i Cannot login to any remote computer (on my home network).
Error Dialog reads:

Could not connect to the remote computer 192.168.1.100 (Mums Computer).
Error: Access is denied
----------
Ive disabled both fire walls (Local & Remote computer).
Could you please explain step by step any settings on my computers that need to be changed to make it work.

Is Windows XP Home on the remote computer ?
If so then it is impossible because remote administration is disabled in this Windows edition.
