How to Create, Edit, and Use Message Presets in LanSend
LanSend’s Message Presets feature allows you to save, edit, and quickly access frequently used messages. Here’s how to manage your presets effectively:
Access the Manage Presets Window: Open the Manage Presets section in LanSend to view and organize your templates.
Creating a New Preset: Click Add to open the preset editor. Fill in details such as Preset Name, Title, Message Type, and the Message content. You can add variables like %user_name% or %time_now% for dynamic information. Click OK to save.
Editing a Preset: Select an existing preset and click Edit to adjust its content, type, or variables. This is helpful for updating recurring notifications without creating a new preset.
Using Presets: When composing a message, select Use Preset from the presets list to populate the message field instantly.
Additionally, you can quickly create a new preset directly from the Message History window.
Message Presets helps streamline repetitive communications, improving messaging efficiency.
